The Town House is a large former hotel property built in 1929 on Wilshire Boulevard, adjacent to Lafayette Park in the Westlake district of Los Angeles, California. After a long career as a hotel it operates today as low income housing.

History and building
The hotel opened in 1929. It was designed by Norman W. Alpaugh, in the Mediterranean Revival architecture style. It is listed as a Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument and a National Register of Historic Places listed place. [1]
