Innpedia is a reference on hotels and hotel chains. Its articles describe chains, individual hotels and the hotel supply of cities and countries, and every figure in them cites the source it came from: the chain's own website for its properties, and open datasets for places. The operator data was last read in October 2026.

What is counted

  • Properties are the hotels, aparthotels and apartment buildings each chain lists publicly. The atlas covers the chains it names, not every hotel in a city.
  • Rooms are each operator’s own published count. Where an operator publishes none, the article says so and gives an estimate from the chain’s typical property size, never below the rooms the operator was seen to offer. Lists of the largest hotels use published counts only.
  • Guest scores are shown as each operator publishes them, on its own scale. Averages convert them to a ten-point scale; rankings also weight by the number of reviews.
  • Nightly rates are a single observation: the cheapest public rate per room type for one reference stay. They describe a moment, not today’s price, and currencies are never converted.

Editorial policy

Nothing in Innpedia is paid for, and no hotel or chain can pay to be listed, described or ranked. Text quoted from Wikipedia is marked as such and attributed under its licence; all other text is written from the cited facts.

Innpedia is run by the team behind Nexa AI, which gives AI assistants and travellers live availability and final prices for hotels and apartments. Where Nexa AI covers the same hotel, chain or city, the article links to it under External links; the facts and rankings here do not depend on it.
