Overview

The Morrison Hotel was a high rise hotel at the corner of Madison and Clark streets in the downtown Loop community area of Chicago, Illinois. Its final iteration was designed by the architectural firm of Holabird & Roche and completed in 1915, with several additions later added. The hotel was demolished in 1965 to make room for the First National Plaza (now Chase Tower).

The hotel opened in 1925. It was designed by Holabird & Root, in the Art Deco architecture style. The building has 45 floors and is 160 m tall. [1]
