Mohonk Mountain House is a hotel in the United States.[1] It opened in 1869.

The Mohonk Mountain House, also known as Lake Mohonk Mountain House or simply Lake Mohonk, is a resort hotel located south of the Catskill Mountains on the crest of the Shawangunk Ridge in New York. The property lies at the junction of the towns of New Paltz, Marbletown, and Rochester.

History and building
The hotel opened in 1869. It was designed by Napoleon LeBrun. It is listed as a National Historic Landmark, a National Register of Historic Places listed place and a New York State Register of Historic Places listed place. [1]
